Privacy notice
How this website works and what to expect.
JD AI Concierge
With your explicit agreement, chat messages are sent to JD Web Develop’s backend hosted on Render and processed by Google Gemini to provide project-planning responses. Do not include contact details, passwords or sensitive information in chat. The concierge does not submit enquiries automatically. Chat content is held in this browser tab’s memory; it is cleared by Clear chat or a page reload. Google and Render process requests under their own applicable terms and retention practices. AI suggestions are not a quote or a business commitment. Separate permission is requested before carrying an edited brief in browser session storage to the project form. You then choose whether to provide contact details and submit. Temporary server-side counters limit abuse; chat content is not deliberately saved in the concierge application’s database or logs.
What this website collects
The project form collects your name, email address, business or project name, goals, selected features, approximate budget, timeline and optional website address. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How your information is used
Submitted details are stored privately in this website’s hosted storage to support your project enquiry. They are not published as portfolio content. After the brief is saved, your browser sends the enquiry details to FormSubmit for delivery to help@jdwebdevelop.com. Complete any verification on the provider’s page to finish sending. A saved receipt alone does not confirm email delivery. FormSubmit may require the business to activate its recipient address before it delivers mail. Calendar booking is not connected. Submission does not make a booking or create a contract.
Storage and service providers
The website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting infrastructure and its provisioned storage. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. FormSubmit processes your submitted enquiry and contact details to send the notification. Its delivery and retention practices are described at https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. Your email address is used as Reply-To so the business can respond. Enquiry records are not exposed by a public read API. A random submission identifier is used to prevent duplicate submissions.
Spam protection and security
The form checks request origin, validates fields and uses a hidden spam field and a timing check. Storage failures are reported instead of claiming a successful submission. FormSubmit applies its own verification before completing the email handoff. These measures reduce common abuse but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Browser preferences and imported files
Your motion and sound preferences are stored in local browser storage. Sound is enabled by default where browser rules permit; otherwise it starts after interaction. You can mute music and effects at any time. A session marker avoids replaying the intro on every visit. The concierge can carry non-contact planning choices between pages in session storage. The ForgeReach Testing Studio reads imported HTML in your browser without uploading it; that HTML may request external images or fonts.
Retention and privacy requests
Enquiry records remain in the site’s private storage until removed by the site owner. A fixed automatic deletion period has not been configured. To request access, correction or deletion, submit a new enquiry with the goal “Privacy request” and include your receipt reference. Do not send additional sensitive information.
Your choices
You may download a project brief without submitting it. You may turn sound off, reduce motion and clear browser storage at any time. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics have been added to this implementation.
Updates
This notice describes the current implementation as of 14 October 2026. It should be reviewed whenever integrations, data uses or retention arrangements change.
